When you book a ride through our Service, you are requesting transportation services from our network of drivers. We act as an intermediary to facilitate this booking.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We will do our best to find a driver for you, but we do not guarantee a successful booking.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate information when making a booking (pickup, destination, contact details).
- Please treat drivers with respect and do not cause damage to their vehicles.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or any member of your party.
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
4. Fares and Payments
The fare for your trip is based on distance, time, vehicle type, and any applicable tolls or surcharges. We may provide an estimated fare at the time of booking, but the final fare can vary.
Payment is typically due at the end of your trip, unless arranged otherwise.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We try to be fair to both passengers and drivers with our cancellation policy. You may cancel your booking through the Service. A cancellation fee may apply depending on when you cancel. Please see our FAQ page or contact us for more details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBM Tours & Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
